mynetworth.today is a free, client-side personal finance planning tool designed for Malaysian users. The Service provides:

• Income and expense tracking
• EPF, PCB, SOCSO, and EIS calculations
• Debt payoff planning and projections
• Asset tracking and wealth projections
• Optional cloud backup via Google Drive

3. Educational Purpose Only

The calculations, projections, and recommendations provided by this Service are estimates based on the information you provide and general formulas. They may not reflect your actual financial situation or future outcomes.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including:

• Accuracy of calculations or projections
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of tax rates or statutory deduction rates

Tax rates, EPF rates, and other statutory information may change. We attempt to keep this information current but cannot guarantee accuracy.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter into the Service
• Backing up your data regularly
• Verifying calculations with official sources before making financial decisions
• Maintaining the security of your device and browser

6. Data Storage

Your financial data is stored locally in your browser. We do not have access to your data. You are responsible for:

• Backing up your data before clearing browser data
• Understanding that data may be lost if you clear browser storage
• Managing your own Google Drive backups if you use that feature

7. Google Drive Integration

If you choose to use Google Drive backup:

• You authorize us to create and manage backup files in your Google Drive
• You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings
• We are not responsible for data loss due to Google Drive issues

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mynetworth.today and its creators shall not be liable for any:

• Financial losses based on projections or calculations from this Service
• Data loss due to browser issues, device failure, or user error
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on information from this Service

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Update these Terms of Service
• Change features or functionality

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
